Advice that’s focused on the future

Our engine experts provide you with practical and cutting-edge advice and support. Whether you need maintenance or repair, new motors or reconditioned ones, we ensure that your ships are ready for use again quickly and reliably. And we don’t just focus on the present. We find the solution that keeps your fleet on course sustainably and permanently.

200 metre Pier

Just moor your ship at our pier directly at the Kaiserhafen harbour in Bremerhaven – we’ll take care of the rest. We carry out reconditioning and repairs in situ or basic overhauls in our factory. We put your engine back into operation on site, and then you take over!

Factory reconditioning

We carry out major overhauls of medium-speed engines at our plant in Bremerhaven. High-speed engines are in good hands at the reconditioning plant of our sister company Bücker + Essing in Lingen. Component salvage is one of our specialised areas, thanks to our wide range of mechanical processing capabilities and the surface techniques we use.

Mobile repairs – worldwide

Spain, Sweden or Singapore: Our service crew will come to you on board or at the berth/mooring anywhere in the world to maintain or repair your units on site. We’ve developed numerous mobile repair procedures ourselves, allowing us to repair many types of faults on the spot:

  • Mobile honing
  • Mobile levelling
  • Mobile cylinder liner fitting repair

Emergency service 24/7

In an emergency, we’re available 24/7 – 365 days a year. Our engine hotline will advise you and coordinate the necessary support.

Chockfast casting

We’re Chockfast-certified for component casting. When reinstalling the engine and gearbox, we connect the unit to the hull using Chockfast casting and carry out alignment checks and realignments. This keeps your reconditioned drive unit on a durable and precisely aligned machine foundation.

Test runs

We complete every maintenance, reconditioning and repair with a test run to ensure that your drive runs smoothly again when it’s commissioned. Your ship will be ready for use again straight away, saving you time and money.

Spare parts service

We have access to the spare parts and components of all well-known manufacturers and deliver the required parts quickly and reliably to the right spot, anywhere in the world.
